Yes. Locations and networks are managed in one account; a receptionist sees only their own locations’ data, the owner sees everything.
No. We don’t take a percentage of your turnover, and there’s no limit on the number of bookings.
Settings include ‘Data import’: download the template, paste in clients and your price list from Excel or another system, check the preview and import. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
Rezy is the AI assistant built into the system: ask ‘find 60 min tomorrow after 17:00’ or ‘what needs my attention today?’. Rezy only drafts bookings — a person saves them with ‘Confirm’. A monthly number of questions is included in your plan.
