1. Who we are and what Rezuvia does

Rezuvia is a booking and salon management system for beauty salons, clinics and other service providers, together with a professionals section (seminars, brand catalogue, safety alerts).

Rezuvia is the controller of its users' data — these are salon owners and staff, as well as people who publish seminars, companies or brands in the professionals section.

For salon clients' data (name, phone number, email address, bookings, visit history, questionnaires), the controller is the salon with which the client makes a booking. Rezuvia processes this data on the salon's behalf as a processor. Questions about your data held by a salon should first be addressed to the salon — we will help the salon respond.

2. What data we process

  • Account data: email address, name, role in the salon, login history. If you log in with Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn, we receive only your name and email address from them.
  • Salon data: name, addresses, services, prices, opening hours, specialists, transactions, inventory and payroll calculations entered by the salon.
  • Salon clients' data: name, phone number, email address, bookings, notes, questionnaires and consents, reviews, language.
  • Messages: booking confirmations, reminders, review requests and — if the client has consented — marketing messages by email or SMS.
  • Professionals section: published seminars, company and brand data, reports of inappropriate content.
  • Technical data: IP address (for protection against abuse), strictly necessary cookies.

3. Why and on what legal basis

  • To provide the service under the contract with the salon (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Booking confirmations and reminders — the legitimate interests of the salon and the client in ensuring that the booking takes place.
  • Marketing messages — only with the client's consent; the client can unsubscribe via the link in each message.
  • Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
  • Accounting and tax requirements — legal obligation.

4. Where data is stored and who processes it on our behalf

The database is located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We use the following sub-processors:

  • Supabase — database, files, login (EU, Frankfurt).
  • Vercel — website hosting (EU region in Frankfurt; global content delivery network).
  • Resend — sending emails.
  • BulkGate — sending SMS (Czech Republic, EU).
  • Stripe — online payments and deposits, if the salon enables them (the money goes to the salon's account).
  • Anthropic — artificial intelligence features (for example, drafting an article or filling in a seminar form), only when the user uses them.
  • Google, Apple, Meta, LinkedIn — for login only, if you choose it.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognised by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account and salon data for as long as the salon uses Rezuvia. After the account is closed, the salon can download its data (the «Data export» section), and we delete it within 90 days, except for data that must be kept by law (for example, transaction records for accounting). We keep message sending logs for up to 2 years. Professionals section entries are kept until the publisher deletes them.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. A salon client should first contact the salon; a Rezuvia user should contact us (baltic.green24@gmail.com). You may lodge a complaint with the Datu valsts inspekcija (Latvian Data State Inspectorate) (dvi.gov.lv) or with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

How to delete your data

If you have logged in to Rezuvia with an email address, Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn and would like your account and data to be deleted, write to us at baltic.green24@gmail.com from the same email address you use to log in. We will delete the account and the data associated with it within 30 days and confirm this by email. You can also remove the Facebook connection yourself: Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites → Rezuvia → Remove.

If you are a salon client, your booking data is deleted by the salon — please contact the salon; we will help the salon to do this.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: for the login session, the selected location and the language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

If the policy changes materially, we will notify Rezuvia users. The current version is always available on this page. See also the terms of use.
