Terms of Use

1. The service

Rezuvia is an online system for bookings, salon management and information for professionals. By registering for or using Rezuvia, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Account

• An account can be created with an email address or with a Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions carried out in it. If you believe that someone else has accessed your account, notify us immediately.
• The salon owner is responsible for the staff to whom they grant access, and for ensuring that the salon's client data may be processed by Rezuvia.

3. Prices

The basic plan is free of charge. Prices for paid plans are shown on the website and may change — we give at least 30 days' notice of any changes. Rezuvia does not take a commission on the salon's sales.

4. The salon's responsibility towards clients

Services to clients are provided by the salon, not by Rezuvia. The salon is responsible for prices, the quality of services, cancellation terms, deposits, gift cards and the lawful processing of client data. Marketing messages may only be sent to clients who have consented to receive them.

5. Professionals section (seminars, brands, companies)

• Only a logged-in user may publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of the published content and for having the right to publish it (texts, images, logos).
• You may describe yourself as an official distributor of a brand only if this is true. Rezuvia grants the «Verified» badge after verification.
• It is prohibited to publish misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, as well as training that encourages providing services without the qualifications required by law (for example, injections without the rights of a healthcare professional).
• Rezuvia may review, correct, hide or delete content that does not comply with these terms, and may block a user who repeatedly breaches them.
• Safety alerts are European Commission Safety Gate data; Rezuvia displays them but is not responsible for their content.

6. Prohibited use

You must not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the operation of the system, automatically collect data from Rezuvia pages on a large scale, or use the system for spam.

7. Data and data export

The salon's data belongs to the salon. It can be downloaded at any time in the «Data export» section. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

We do everything we can to keep Rezuvia running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will never be subject to disruptions. Rezuvia is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit. Our total liability does not exceed the amount the salon has paid to Rezuvia over the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using Rezuvia at any time. We may close an account that materially breaches these terms, giving prior warning where possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; if this fails, disputes are resolved in a court of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers retain all rights granted to them by the laws of their country.
